The refrigerated trailers of the HGK Deluxe Tandem series offer everything that is necessary for the safe transport of refrigerated goods: the refrigerated cell is made of 60 mm thick PurFerro sandwich panels with a core of foamed polyurethane with a coating of galvanized and powder-coated sheet steel on both sides. The 65 mm thick insulating floor is equipped with an anti-slip covering, which ensures safe loading and unloading and also contributes to load securing thanks to the higher frictional resistance. This floor is optimally insulated and doesn’t even let the cold escape below. The double-leaf cooling doors are lockable, but can always be opened from the inside in an emergency. They are connected to the trailer body via stainless steel hinges. A 150 mm high skirting board made of sheet aluminum is attached to the interior walls. The frame and chassis are made of hot-dip galvanized steel, as is the welded rear portal. Four pivoting telescopic crank supports allow the car trailer to stand securely. The surrounds of the HGK Deluxe Tandem are made of anodised aluminium, as is the rain gutter at the rear. There is a suitable tandem refrigerated trailer for every need: models with a permissible total weight of 2000 kg to 3500 kg are available, the payload is between 1329 kg and 2229 kg depending on the model, the loading height varies between 590 and 630 mm depending on the model. The cooling unit used by the brand manufacturer Govi allows a temperature of +2°C to +10° in the refrigerated trailer. The cooling unit is supplied via 230 V mains voltage and works up to a maximum outside temperature of 40°C. Cooling while driving is not possible with these trailers due to the design.
