Our KTA cable drum trailer makes unrolling or loading cables a breeze. The loading frame can be operated by one person. The cable drum can be inserted without obstruction. A brake (optional accessory) ensures that the cables don't unwind from the drum too quickly. The trailers in the Humbaur KTA series are designed for cable drums up to 2800 mm in diameter and 1450 mm in width; the payload varies depending on the model. Both the chassis frame and the loading frame are torsionally rigid and hot-dip galvanized to withstand the daily stresses of use for a long time. The cast tow ball of the overrun device promises just as much durability as the very robust jockey wheel mount. Dowel pins ensure the cable drum loading frame is mounted without play to optimize the trailer's handling.
