CARGO trailers from the series PCA Out of LORRIES This is an innovative solution, patented for its unique folding/unfolding container structure system. Once folded, the container body has the height of a standard side trailer, allowing you to increase the number of trailers transported to 12 on a single semi-trailer.
CONSTRUCTION AND DURABILITY
PCA27-3017 Trailer It was designed with durability and reliability in mind. The main features of this model are:
- Container construction: The trailer's container structure consists of modules made up of 24 mm sandwich panels, combining XSP boards and fiberglass-reinforced laminate coverings. This construction perfectly protects the cargo from the elements.
- Aluminum construction: Despite its lightweight construction, the trailer is extremely durable and corrosion-resistant, making it ideal for both intensive use on long journeys and occasional use. Furthermore, almost all metal components are made of aluminum, and the trailer's frame and drawbar are constructed from a specially selected profile.
- capacityThe container trailer has a loading capacity of almost 2 tons. That's half a ton more compared to its steel counterparts. The structure allows for the transport of loads with a length of 3 m, a height of 185 cm and a width of 170 cm.
- LED lighting: It offers excellent visibility in all conditions, and its waterproof construction guarantees reliability in harsh weather. The trailer features front and rear marker lights using LED technology. The rear position lights are integrated into special plastic covers.
- 15 mm non-slip plywood: This is a sturdy trailer floor that ensures the stability of the transported load and minimizes the risk of load shifting during transport. Six robust handles are integrated into the floor to secure the load.
SAFETY AND USER COMFORT
PCA27-3017 Trailer is equipped with a number of safety devices that protect the transported cargo:
- Protective seals: They ensure complete insulation of the cargo from moisture, dust and other external pollutants, thus protecting the transported goods even in extreme weather conditions.
- Double-sided rear doorsThe container trailer is equipped with doors that open on both sides, covered by an aluminum cladding that protects it from rain. The doors are secured with two latches. The door lock is secured with a key lock. Both door leaves have a mechanism to prevent them from closing unintentionally.
- RegressionA non-slip step is located on the underside of the trailer. Small, but very robust and functional – perfect for loading a trailer with a forklift. The trailer step is also made of aluminum sheet with reinforcing embossing.
ADVANCED BRAKING SYSTEM

This series of universal car transporters features a tilting design, a low approach angle, and a wide range of accessories. The loading platform tilts via a convenient hydraulic system. Loading is accomplished via split ramps (which can be concealed beneath the loading platform) or a fold-out rear ramp, available in aluminum or steel. The Universal can be equipped with aluminum sideboards and H1500 frame with a tarpaulin cover. Depending on the chosen version, the trailer is fitted with either R10C or R13C wheels.
