Cold, colder, frozen – transport your goods at sub-zero temperatures with our refrigerated trailer. Its refrigeration unit supports an adjustable temperature range of +10°C to -20°C. To ensure the cold temperature remains reliably inside the refrigerated compartment, we have generously insulated the trailer. The floor is 80 mm thick with a rigid foam core. The walls are the same thickness and are coated with sheet steel and additionally lined with PVC on the inside. This makes the trailer specifically suitable for transporting food – in strict compliance with food safety regulations. On this model, the fittings and hinges are made of stainless steel.

The black KTL-coated and powder-coated lid comes standard with a railing, allowing for easy mounting of bike racks or roof boxes. If you wish to mount a roof tent on the lid, you will need two additional shock absorbers to increase the lid's load capacity from 75 kg to 250 kg.

The Humbaur HGK Deluxe is a compact refrigerated trailer with professional features. This single-axle car trailer has a permissible total weight of 1300 kg and a payload capacity of approximately 510 kg. Its frame and chassis are made of hot-dip galvanized steel, as is the welded rear portal. The rear trim and rain gutter are made of anodized aluminum, and the box body is constructed from 60 mm thick PurFerro sandwich panels with a polyurethane foam core and a galvanized and powder-coated steel sheet on both sides. The insulated floor is even 65 mm thick to prevent cold air from escaping and is equipped with a non-slip surface. The integrated Govi refrigeration unit allows for stationary cooling of the trailer using a 230V power supply, maintaining temperatures from +2°C to +10°C. Cooling while driving is not possible due to the design. Four swiveling telescopic crank supports ensure a secure stand, while the 150 mm high aluminum rub rail running around the inside provides longer durability of the surface.
